Toronto politician Norm Kelly lifts "ban" placed on Meek Mill after rapper ends feud with Drake
Back in 2015, Toronto councilor Norm Kelly told Meek Mill on Twitter that he is no longer welcome to Toronto because of his beef with Drake. Now that the beef is over, he took to Twitter again to tell Meek that the ban has been lifted.
Meek Mill and Drake were famously embroiled in a feud in 2015 when Meek Mill accused Drake of using a ghostwriter on their collaboration RICO. Norm, 77, took sides with Drake, a Canadian, and jokingly banned Meek from entering Toronto then also jokingly lifted it after they made up.
He also shared a photo of both rappers hugging after they made up and wrote: "Hate is heavy. Let it go."
